Job Description

An Exciting New Opportunity exists for an Experienced or New Emerging Sales Exec covering Canning Vale and Cockburn.

Join our dynamic team at Forch where we welcome both seasoned Sales Executives and emerging talents alike.

At Forch, we prioritise your success with a robust commission structure and dedicated support through comprehensive product and sales training programs. Our Perth base is in Gnangara, with this role tailor-made for a driven Sales Executive eager to champion our diverse range of products and brands throughout Perth area. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships and excel in face-to-face interactions, this position promises a rewarding journey of growth and achievement.

 

What will you be responsible for: 

  • Working with both established and new customers to understand their business, engage their sales needs and support their product sales/growth.
  • Direct and grow sales of our high-quality consumables & automotive workshop supplies.
  • Travel regularly to visit customers to both drive activity and provide product solutions whilst building upon and maintaining our valued customer relationships.
  • Negotiating and closing ongoing sales.
  • Demonstrating our versatile product portfolio & up-selling new products.
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cold calling potential new customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your skills & experience will include: 

  • Having a full clean current driver’s license  
  • Previous sales experience is great but not essential, as industry-specific training will be provided.
  • You are friendly, approachable, always keep your promises and deliver on your commitments.
  • You must have a passion to seek out challenging opportunities within a fast-paced environment being motivated by sales and have a drive for results.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, with intermediate computer skills  
  • Have excellent organisational skills, can work alone or as part of a team and are able to demonstrate initiative. 
  • Determination and commitment to achieve personal targets & grow your earning potential will see you succeed.
