As such, Forch Australia is seeking a talented Sales Consultant based in Adelaide, SA. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs
Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Cold calling/ prospecting new business to grow the active customer base
Following a structured call cycle using our CRM tool
Maintaining up-to-date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable advice
Conducting regular onsite client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storage installations
Ensuring Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visit
Participating in sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
Preferably demonstrated sales experience, but not essential. What matters is your drive and ability to grow a customer base
Attention to detail in managing quotes, orders, and customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to learn product knowledge and the drive to continuously expand your expertise
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Commitment to safety in all aspects of your work
Familiarity with sales processes and data management systems
