We're on the lookout for 2 x knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Interpreters to join our team. The successful applicants will play a key role in helping customers get the parts they need - accurately, efficiently and with exceptional service, every time.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Reporting directly into the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying vehicle makes, models, and part variations using our advanced systems and catalogues
Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movement
Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders with efficiency and accuracy
Supporting regular stocktakes and handling returns in line with company policy
Keeping customers and internal teams informed on product availability and delivery timelines
Contributing to a team culture that values safety, collaboration, and customer-first thinking
About You
You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:
Experience in a parts interpreter role (preferred but not essential)
Prior knowledge of truck or trailer parts (highly regarded)
Strong communication and computer literacy skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
