Meet the team!
As a key member of our Darwin Branch, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations.
While they’re working a 40-hour week, with rostered Saturdays including overtime, they’re not just finding parts; they’re building strong relationships with our customers to get the right product at the right time – on time!
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online
Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations
Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems
Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge
About You
You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:
Strong communication and computer literacy skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required

Know your parts: Prior experience in a parts interpreter role is a plus, especially within the truck and trailer industry but not essential.
