Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. This position is primarily warehouse-based (approx. 80%), with driving responsibilities making up around 20% of the role.
You will be responsible for:
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Delivering orders safely and professionally
Receiving and dispatching stock accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Assisting with stocktakes and general warehouse administration
Representing MaxiPARTS positively during customer interactions
Working Hours + Overtime
This working hours for this role are between 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch break). Saturday work may be required on a rostered basis. Overtime applies after 7.6 hours/day, Mon to Fri + weekends/public holidays.

What We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
Forklift Licence (LF) – preferred but not essential
High reach experience – preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
A genuine commitment to safety and safe work practices
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
