We are looking for a customer-focused and service-driven Parts Interpreter who want to learn the industry and grow.
You don’t need truck or trailer knowledge to apply, just bring your customer focus, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. We’ll provide the training and support to help you become a technical expert.
As such, we welcome applications with backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, administration, automotive or any industry where you've developed strong customer service and communication skills.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online
Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations
Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems
Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge
About You
You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage changing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service. You’ll bring:
Strong communication and computer literacy skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
An interest in learning about commercial vehicle parts would be an advantage but is not essential.
